Installation of the Digi-V in an Amiga E-Version:

The flight module has been installed close to the accu pack, with the antenna towards the back of the fuselage. The antenna has been secured with a Tesa strip. (image curtesy R.Morawietz, 1.6.2010)

This picture shows an installation in a Chico B4 fuselage:  The fuselage provides plenty of room, the antenna is pointed towards the back of the fuselage. (image curtesy R.Morawietz, 1.6.2010)

For installation in a carbon reinforced fuselage it is recommended to lead the antenna outwards - here in a Xperience Pro E-Version (NAN-Models). 3cm of antenna are lead out of the fuselage (usage of a non-standard antenna. Image curtesy R.Morawietz, 1.6.2010).
